At Docswala, we believe that privacy is not a feature or a policy afterthought — it is the fundamental foundation of how our utilities are engineered.
When you select or drop a file, it is read directly into your browser’s temporary memory via JavaScript and WebAssembly. No byte of your document is sent across the internet to our servers.
We do not operate backend file storage, cloud buckets, or conversion databases. Once you close or reload your browser tab, all temporary memory allocations are instantly purged.
1. No Account or Personal Data Collection
You do not need to register, provide an email address, or enter personal credentials to use any tool on Docswala. We do not track user identities across sessions.
2. Local Browser File Processing
Tools such as PDF merging, image format conversion, video trimming, barcode generation, JSON formatting, and financial calculations run in your local web environment (HTML5 Canvas, Web Workers, and WebAssembly). Your intellectual property and confidential files remain under your sole physical control.
3. Transparency & Future Services
If a future specialized utility (e.g. cloud OCR or external API translation) ever requires server-assisted processing, it will display a clear, prominent notification before any file transmission occurs.
